PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase.Â
We currently offer three levels of shipping available at Checkout. Times may vary depending on items purchased and destination location. Multiple items bought together may arrive separately.
- All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA until they have cleared customs in the destination country. Â

Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA Only Priority Shipping:Â 1-3 Business Days
Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days
UK & EU:3 - 7 Business Days  Temporarily delayed 8-15 Business Days
AS OF FEBRUARY 2024 EU WAREHOUSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION:  Until our new EU production facility is online, there will be a temporary change. All international orders will be fulfilled by our US Florida facility, requiring a cost and timescale adjustment. Shipping information and delivery date will be updated once the shipment leaves the US.Â
Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days
Rest of the World: 5 - 20 Business Days
Shipping times may increase slightly during the holidays due to our carriers.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
