PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase. 

We currently offer three levels of shipping available at Checkout.  Times may vary depending on items purchased and destination location.  Multiple items bought together may arrive separately.

  • All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA until they have cleared customs in the destination country.   

Shipping Times Items Made in the USA:

Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.  Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA: 8-15 Business Days w/ Standard 

USA Available during Holiday Season Only Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days (Ships after 2-3 day processing)

Canada: 8-15 Business Days

UK & EU:8-15 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 - 20 Business Days

Shipping times may increase slightly during the holidays due to our carriers.

 

Shipping Carriers

For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.

For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.

For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

For Europe, UK, and International orders, we use UPS with domestic carriers once inside the destination country.

 

Shipping Delay Policy:

While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays may occur. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds based on delayed deliveries. We appreciate your understanding in these situations and encourage you to reach out to our customer support team for any assistance or further clarification. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have regarding your purchase experience.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
