Holiday Shipping Policy:
Specific Delivery Dates are not Guaranteed
We strive to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and arrive in time for the holidays. However, please note that delivery by specific dates are not guaranteed. Shipping times are approximate and may be impacted by increased holiday demand and potential carrier delays.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any carrier-related delays. For the most accurate delivery updates, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We encourage placing orders as early as possible to avoid potential delays and ensure a smooth holiday experience.
Shipping Protection:
Shoptopia is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages for orders that have not purchased shipping protection. Shipping protection can be purchased at checkout. Shipping protection will cover your order 100% if it is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-5 business days, excluding weekend, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase.
Times may vary depending on items purchased and destination location. Multiple items bought together may arrive separately.
- All international mail items will show no tracking updates once they have left the USA until they have cleared customs in the destination country.
Shipping Times:
Please note that these dates are approximate and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for any carrier delays after an order leaves our warehouse.
Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
USA: 2-8 Business Days w/ Standard
Canada: 8-15 Business Days (Not available during Canadian post office strike)
International: 8-15 Business Days
Shipping times may increase slightly during the holidays and inclement weather due to our carriers.
Shipping Carriers
Free Standard Shipping - For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
Fastest Shipping + 2 Year Protection Plan: For USA orders only, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner. Priority shipping is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, the UK, and International orders, we use UPS with domestic carriers once inside the destination country.
Delivery Confirmation Policy:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please allow up to 3 business days for the item to be located. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely, or the package may be placed in an unexpected location, such as with a neighbor or at a leasing office.
We recommend checking with others at your address, reviewing your delivery location, and contacting your local carrier office for additional information.
Policy on Orders Marked as Delivered
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received by the customer, and the address provided is confirmed to be correct, our policy is as follows:
- We are unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier. This policy is in place to protect against potential misuse.
- As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are happy to offer a one-time remake of the order and ship it promptly to the provided address.
Please note that we encourage customers to check with their local post office or delivery service for additional details regarding the package's delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
