REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Holiday Delivery
Delivery by specific dates is not guaranteed. Shipping times may be impacted by holiday demand and carrier delays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, carrier delays are outside our control. We recommend ordering early. Track your order using the number in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production quickly, so cancellations may not always be possible. Please review your order carefully before checkout. Contact us to check if a change or cancellation is still possible. Orders can only be modified within 4 hours of placement.
My item is damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement as soon as possible. Please do not return items without authorization from our support team first.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Contact us with your reason for returning.
Please note:
- Personalized items are not refundable. However, if your personalized item arrives incorrect due to our error, we will remake it at no charge.
- If your item has shipped, Fast Shipping, Shipping Protection, Priority Processing, and Gift Wrap are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Keep proof of postage and a tracking number — we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
We do not accept refunds or replacements for:
- Sale or promotional items
- Customer errors (wrong size, color, design, quantity, or shipping address)
- Improper use or care
How to Initiate a Return or Claim
Email support@myshoptopia.com with:
- Name, email attached to order, and order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or video of the item (required for damage/defect claims)
- Full delivery address and contact phone number
Refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Replacements
Defective items will be replaced for free — no need to return the original. Modifications are not allowed on replacement items.
My item looks different from the listing
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, though some listings use renderings. If you believe your item has a defect, send photos and your order ID to our support team at support@myshoptopia.com.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Packages may be returned if the address is invalid, undeliverable, or refused at delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information.
- If we receive the package back, we'll reship it for a shipping and handling fee. If you choose not to reship, we'll refund you minus original shipping, priority processing, insurance, and a 30% restocking fee.
- If the package is not returned to us, we can offer 50% store credit toward a new item.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, we cannot issue a refund. However, we're happy to offer a one-time remake. Please check with neighbors, your delivery location, and your local carrier office. If you still need help, contact us.
Shipping Delays
We cannot offer refunds for carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us. See our Shipping Policy for shipping options and timeframes.
Clearance Items
Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded and may not include original packaging.
Warranties
Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 60 days from the date your tracking shows delivery.
International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
